  • We carefully select and inspect all our fruits and vegetables to ensure they meet our quality standards before they are made available for purchase.
  • If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or not up to our quality standards, please contact our customer service within 2 hours of delivery.
  1. Proof of Purchase:
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
  • Refund is claimed along with images and videos of the product showing that the product is in unacceptable condition on our Email- Customercare@yooaahaar.com

  • Refunds will be granted in the form of a discount in next order only.

  • We do not offer refunds for fruits and vegetables that have been consumed or partially consumed.
  • Refunds will not be provided for products that have been mishandled, improperly stored, or not used within the recommended time frame.
  • Refunds are not applicable on certain perishable products like leafy vegetables.

  • In some cases, we may request the return of the product for inspection purposes.
  • If a return is required, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and cover any associated shipping costs.
  • No returns of fruits & vegetables
